7, 14 or 60 days after the stream, depending on the streamer's account. 77% of 257 indie game VODs we checked came from affiliate channels, normally kept 14 days, so plan to watch Next Fest streams during the fest, not after it.
How many indie game streams on Twitch are not in English?
36% of the 258 Twitch streams of 46 indie games we analysed were not in English, judged from the first 30 seconds of speech. In 14 of the games, most of the streams we picked were in another language.

What do streamers struggle with most in indie games?
23% of 906 problems we found in 259 Twitch streams of 46 indie games were about unclear rules, controls and item effects. The largest sources of frustration were economy, rewards and grind, and difficulty spikes and unfair moments.
What do streamers praise in indie games?
Of 256 things streamers praised in 259 Twitch streams of 46 indie games, 17% were small touches, secrets and conveniences and 17% strong builds, upgrades and rewards. Small touches, secrets and conveniences came up in 26 games.
