If a report does not help you, ask within 30 days and you get all your money back.
How to ask
Email hello@getoverheard.com with the game's name, or ask Link support (support.link.com), which handles the payment for us. You do not need to give a reason. We refund through Stripe, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
The 30 days
They count from the day you paid. The offer comes on top of your legal rights: if a report was not delivered or does not match its description, you keep the remedies the law gives you after the 30 days too.
Withdrawal right in the EU and UK
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content it ends only if, at checkout, you asked for the report to be delivered at once and confirmed that you lose the right. Either way, our 30-day refund covers those 14 days and more.
